We are proud to announce the **v1.0.0 general availability (GA)** release of **AgentOS**, the high-performance runtime governance platform for autonomous AI agents. 

AgentOS sits between autonomous coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, custom loop runners) and the tools, models, or cloud infrastructure they interact with. It intercepts, evaluates, and audits every action at the protocol boundary to ensure agent operations are secure, observable, and compliant.

* Session manifests are written to append-only JSONL files where each entry contains a SHA-256 hash of the previous record. This forms a mathematical, tamper-evident audit ledger easily verified via `agentctl verify`.

### ⚡ HTTP/3 & High-Performance Edge Proxy
* Built in Go, AgentOS serves multiplexed agent connections over HTTP/3 (QUIC) and HTTP/2, achieving over **26,400 RPS** (P99 63ms) on consumer hardware while eliminating TCP port exhaustion and head-of-line blocking.

### 📈 Zero-Dependency Observability
* Ships with an in-process, thread-safe OpenTelemetry `TraceStore` (ring-buffer) allowing developers to inspect distributed tracing spans via the Admin API (`:8081`) or the `agentctl` CLI without spinning up external APM collectors.

### Proposed Change Allow reviewers to click "Approve" or "Deny" buttons directly inside the Slack message. The Slack App should forward the signed interactive payload to the AgentOS Admin API /admin/v1/approvals/{id}/resolve, which uses the cryptographic webhook secret for authentication. ```

3. Demo Video Script & Recording Blueprint (90–120 Seconds)

To capture a highly professional demo video (using a tool like asciinema or OBS), follow this script to show the complete AgentOS cycle:

  • Prep:
    • Split your screen: Terminal A (left - AgentOS server), Terminal B (right - agent run / CLI commands), Browser (bottom/background - Grafana dashboard or raw admin ports).
    • Initialize AgentOS on Terminal A: make run CONFIG=configs/demo.yaml.
  • 0:00 - 0:15 (The Setup):
    • Action: Show Terminal A running the server. In Terminal B, curl the health check: curl http://localhost:8080/health (Admin health :8081/health).
    • Concept: Show immediate zero-friction startup.
  • 0:15 - 0:35 (Policy Block):
    • Action: Run a curl request containing the blocked keyword: "ignore previous instructions".
    • Result: Show the HTTP 403 Forbidden response and the policy violation JSON returned to the terminal.
  • 0:35 - 1:00 (Human-in-the-Loop Approval):
    • Action: Trigger a request requiring human approval (e.g. executing a git commit/push tool action).
    • Terminal B: The terminal hangs, displaying "Waiting for reviewer approval...".
    • Action: In a new pane, run: agentctl pending agentctl approve <id>
    • Result: The original agent request immediately unblocks and returns 200 OK from the provider.
  • 1:00 - 1:20 (The Evidence Chain):
